At the end of May we welcomed a big colt by Eldorado van de Zeshoek. An impressive foal with an athletic body. His name Uragos is Latin for commander.
Uragos is a zoon of our Cardento-mare Kalorata Eickenrode (ds. Heartbreaker), a sharp blood mare with a fantastic attitude. Her oldest offspring, Ocellus Eickenrode, is successfully competing in the international classes for five-year-olds. Kalorata Eickenrode is a half-sister of Jignipes Eickenrode (1.50m, John Whitaker), Ignigena Eickenrode (1.40m) and our young World Championship Lanaken talent Orientis Eickenrode (1.25m).
Uragos is a descendant of the Holsteiner line 206. This direct dam line produced Olympic silver medalist In Style, Grand Prix jumper Anytime and the approved Grand Prix stallion Atlantic VDL. However, the true ambassador of this lineage is the legendary Lord Z.
