Onze merrie Boracific staat inmiddels M+5 geklasseerd en is daarmee definitief keur verklaard. Aangezien zij eveneens het PROK-certificaat al op zak had, is zij hiermee elite.
Our mare Boracific has earned more than 5 points in the 1.20m level and is thus definitive 'keur'. Since she already received the PROK-certificate earlier on, this means she is now an elite mare.

Deze zomer werden zowel Jinocentia als Jignipes verkocht aan een buitenlandse investeerder. Deze maand zijn beide veulens afgeleverd en daarmee is de koop definitief afgerond.
This summer both Jinocentia and Jignipes were sold to a foreign investor. This month both foals have been delivered to the new owner, which made the sale definitive.

Afgelopen zondagavond 18 mei werden wij verblijd met een schimmelhengstveulen van Zirocco Blue Vdl uit onze Heartbreaker merrie Heartbeat Z . Het is een bijzonder veulen met apart veel bloed en zeer vlug. Uit deze com- binatie zou toch een apart springpaard moeten kunnen komen met deze merrie met een moederlijn waar veel sport inzit en goedgekeurde hengsten. De naam Jignipes komt uit het latijn van ignipes en betekent bliksemsnel , vuurvoetig.
Last Sunday night (18 May) our mare Heartbeat Z (s.Heartbreaker) has given birth to a beautiful foal. This colt is sired by Zirocco Blue VDL. This special foal combines the best bloodlines, shows good paces and is very quick. We expect this foal to have a promising future ahead of him, given his talented father and the great damline that has given many sporthorses and approved stallions. The foal has received the naem Jignipes Eickerode. This name comes from the Latin adjective 'Ignipes', which means fieryfooted.

Indoctro merrieveulen uit Noraly geboren

Vanmorgen om 8 uur is een hoogbenig merrieveulen met veel bloed geboren. Indoctro preferent tekent voor het vaderschap en in de moederlijn zien we als eerste de preferente Ahorn en vervolgens de ster preferente prestatiemerrie Utah van Caracas, die tevens de grootmoeder van Eickenrode's Queen Chin is. Op deze manier houden we toch nog een merrie over om deze foklijn mee voort te zetten.
This morning at 8am a high legged filly was born at Eickenrode. The sire of this foal is Indoctro, while the dam is an Arezzo- daughter. The granddam is a Caracas mare, who is also the granddam of our diseased mare Eickenrode's Queen Chin. With this foal we hope to continue breeding with this damline.

Afgelopen zondagavond werden wij verblijd met een bijzonder bloederig merrieveulen van Arezzo VDL uit onze Indoctro merrie Eline H. Het veulentje heeft een voskleur met mooie aftekeningen. Kijk voor de afstamming van dit merrieveulen op Jinocentia Eickenrode.

Promising jumping foals for Eickenrode in 2014

This year we expect the following foals from promising bloodlines:
For the end of march we expect a foal sired by Arezzo VDL out of our dam Eline H (Indoctro x Corrado I) as well as an Indoctro foal out of the mare Noraly (Ahorn x Caracas). Noraly comes out of the same damline as Eickenrode's Queen Chin. In May our mare Heartbeat (Heartbreaker x Acord II) is due of a foal by Zirocco Blue VDL.
